Boy Meets Girl

Her description: A Harvard girl
Born and raised on the West side of Chicago
Half-black, half-Puerto Rican
She is the symbol for everything that is beautiful
Her smile is an endangered species
Much like her mind and thought process
Her eyes are dangerous objects as she entraps you with her snare
Her sharp, heartful stare; her large and powerful glare
She is a walking mulatto goddess when it comes to her outer beauty
Her jet, black hair is the perfect outline to her more perfect face
She is much too much for mortal minds to comprehend
In her mind, she is wiser than most
But a miser with her thoughts
For she only shares her views with those who she personally deems worthy
Her voice is child-like; almost scary,
Seeing as though the words that fall out of her mouth are decades older than her
Her spirit is far from carefree
As veins can often be seen on the sides of her temples
But she is blessed with genes dipped in the fountain of youth
She never has to worry about age lines on her forehead
Crows feet on her eyes
Because spiritual beauty such as her is as uncorrupted as the beginning of time

His description: He is a cajun boy born in San Diego
He is what some would call an anomaly
He is the different
He is the living personification of the truth and love
His influence makes or ruins those who surround him
He is the corruptor and the uplifter
He ages slowly as do molasses
Barely able to grow chin hair
He makes up the lack of age with wisdom
Brought upon him by the harsh lessons of life
His eyes are hard and rarely moving
Only when they are lowered by weed influences
Does his eyes glow
As does his smile that radiates already sun-filled plains
His short stature is overshadowed by his extremely large personality
That individually reflects every place he had ever lived
He took the language of New Orleans
His swag matured over his days at a private university
His ambitious nature often overpowers anything else in his being
He is the man who loves Mary Jane, Kandy, Brown Eys, and in some instance, her

Their description: He calls her beautiful
She calls him stranger
The air of distance and conversations lost can be felt over the phone
He hears her heart slightly accelerate under her breats just as his does under his chest
Her words are cold and precise
While his are warm and loving
He could hear her eyes rolls as the words exit his mouth
Her heart was crushed once by him
Both are hurt children
She was hurt by him; he was hurt by another
He sought shelter in her heart from his ever-growing pain
She sought answers for his betrayal
Her guard was up
He pushed and shoved all of her doubts away
They began to converse as they once had
Their love had begun to burn again
He had discovered that he had deeply cared for her
But he also had felt that it may have been too late
He told her that he had loved her
She said that she had felt the same
The elation that his heart felt
Had lifted his spirits enough to give him wings to fly through the day
They had become friends again
With the chance to grow into something more
But the college life had begun to catch up with them both
Neither one seemed to have for the other
The distance had begun to surface once again
He was the first to address it
He proclaimed to her that he had understood
He had proclaimed that he would wait
His hopes began to diminish like her phone calls
But once he had read the electronic letters he had once again understood why he had cared for her so much
Understanding was granted upon him
She smiled, grateful that he would never leave her again
Both young, both growing
Unsure of the path ahead of them
But one thing was certain
Whatever lied ahead of them, they would face it together
Both polar opposites
The insights that they had allowed them to fully protect one another
He watched her back, she watched his
The ultimate synergy of beings
